Sexual effect of ginger and other common fruits.

Ginger: -  

This root has been used traditionally for centuries to increase sex drive and boost sexual performance. Ginger is known to be a warming herb which improves blood flow and circulation naturally, improving the health of the hearth and veins. Positively impacting sexual performance and the ability to orgasm. It is found to help increase testosterone levels, which can help boost libido and sex drive.

Garlic: -

It is believed that constant consumption of water melon (including eating of the seeds) would improve a man’s sex life greatly and improved prostrate health.

Carrots: - 

I bet you never knew this sweet crunchy vegetable help keep the sperm healthy (BOOM). It may actually improve both your sperm count and the movement and swimming of the sperm. This is a must have for those who still intend to knock up their woman.

Onions: - 

 Right now u must be wondering what this veggie got to do with your bedroom life, like other than bad onion breaths right? Well the thin is onion actually strengthens reproductive organs and increases testosterone levels therefore boosting our libidos.  Science has shown that onions contain selenium, vitamin A, B, C and flavonoids which significantly affects number, quality and motion of sperm all of which is related to an increase in testosterone level. They also can help enhance penile erection and increase sex stamina. Someone once called onions the tonic for sexual energy and I agree.

Cucumber: - 

Apart from the hydration that cucumber water helps us in cucumber special power is in its scent. Studies show that the scent of cucumber is arousing to women. The fruit has lots of other nutritional benefits but not much relates to sex. So disappointing, with how much I love the fruit.

Guavas: - 

 This fruit is high in vitamin c and is a great antioxidant. It keeps the sexual glands running smoothly.

Avocado: - 

 This fruit are high in EFA’s and B-vitamins for hormone balance and folic acid which is good for the heart and provides increased energy production.
