Fecal Bacteria and STDs

Recently had a group who wondered if ‘Fecal bacteria’ could cause STD. We all know what poop is…. but poop isn’t as dead as we think.
Poop is
made up of 75% water, although this differs from person to person based on type
of food consumption. Vegetarians have high water content while those who
consume less fiber and more protein have less water content.
The remaining
25% is made up of organic and in-organic materials such as calcium, microbes,
iron phosphate, plastic (for those who consume food out of plastics), dried
digestive juice.
It is
estimated that there are over a fifty billion bacteria’s and a hundred million
viruses per gram of wet stool. And studies show a considerable percentage of
this bacteria are alive when being excreted from the rectum. Some of which die
of as oxygen destroys some bacteria.

Among the microorganisms
present in poop are bacteria naturally present in our body and needed for our
daily digestion such as Archae, Yeast, Bacteriophages etc. But also present are
the various culprits for our common abdominal issues.
Also
present are plenty of legitimately awful and scary diseases spread through poo.
Typhoid, Hepatitis, Cholera, Norovirus, Tapeworms, E-coli etc. all spread
through poop and can be very life threatening. So, it’s not a negative idea to
ignore the dangers of this infections.
Does the harmful bacteria or virus that causes STD come with feces?
The straight
up answer to that is NO.
But the
reverse is the case. As microorganisms that cause STDs can lead to infections
in the rectum. This is why having protection during anal sex in of great importance.
Unprotected anal sex with an infected would put you at risk of infection.

One very popular
act we see in porn is the male switching between anal penetration and vaginal
penetration. This is a major risk factor to women, and I advise to avoid it. It
is best to have the penis washed after anal penetration before vaginal penetration.
Though the microbes from the rectum might not lead to STDs, but they can still
lead to crazy vaginal infections which isn’t a very nice thin.
