Your vagina is more than just a glory hole for that rod. Its
heaven for men, and a healthy vagina, means a sweet pleasing temple that men
would love to worship in day and night.
Vigilance;
first and foremost, be vigilant. The bible said
watch and pray… same rule applies to your body. Watch. Don’t neglect and hope
all will go according to plan. The vagina is a kingdom of its own, having a
bizillion and one things happening at a time, ranging from PH balance, to
secretions, to sanitation of microbes etc.(am no doctor)… taking time and pain
to observe the nature and reactions of your vagina to various conditions would
give you a upper hand in detecting the first sign of problem.
Protected sex;
As much as a lot of us hate to hear this, it can’t
be ignored. Prevention is better than cure. Why risk what can be prevented.
Don’t put your beautiful pussy through hell and unnecessary pain because you couldn’t
wait two minutes for him to put the condom on. Its best to abstain from sex
than to risk infecting your sweet pussy… always practice protected sex to keep
germs away.
Lubricant;

The only thing worse than not having sex, is
forcing the dick in when the whole land is dry. We’ve all needed the extra
lubricant at a point in time so it’s never a bad idea to understand your choice
of lubricants, never substitute lubricants for petroleum jelly. There are
various flavors of lubricants available, pick the one most acceptable to you.
Water based lubricants are always the best choice.
Wash;
It is said cleanliness is next to godliness.
Dear women, cultivate the habit of washing your vagina thoroughly. Give it the
same attention you give your face, but with more care and less chemicals. The vagina is self-cleaning, but still it
needs the extra hand. Wash thoroughly with warm water and clean with a dry
towel. Note, to prevent irritation, avoid use of scented, perfumed, antiseptic,
soaps…. Use mild soaps only.
Fabrics for under wear.
No matter how sexy it may look, how
slutty it feels, never wear an underwear that isn’t healthy for your vagina.
Avoid tight -fitting clothing that create warm, moist conditions in which yeast
thrives. Wear breathable cotton underwear. Avoid silk, nylon, acetate. Stay
100% cotton.
Avoid thongs. this act as microbe connectors between the anus
and the vagina. Avoid thongs.
Keep under wear clean
Always wash your underwear, don’t
stack them up until you run out of options then you are forced to repeat an
underwear.
Never itch.
regardless of the tingling feeling, it is
advisable not to itch as itching could cause more complications. An itch doesn’t
necessarily mean there’s an infection, it could be irritation caused from the chafing
of your clothing, irritation from shaving or laundry products. Though itching
and vaginal discomforts can be caused by various bacterial infection, it is
best to avoid itching as much as possible and stay away from self-medication. Visit
your doctor, as wrong treatments can make the situation worse.
Its more than just a hole;
Many of us have the impression that
the vagina is just a gaping hole in-between the legs. Well let me bust your
bubbles, its not. Scientist refer to the vagina as a potential space, because
it is not just open all the time, its walls are collapsed on each other. The vagina
can stretch/widen almost to any extent, from accommodation two fingers to a
penis to toys and even babies. This doesn’t mean it is limitless as the vagina
has an end too. And we need to be careful of what goes in into our vaginas. Don’t
just let Randoms into your love space. Only put in objects that’s safe and you
can easily get in and out without any discomfort. and no sticky or surgery
creams or contents on or in the vagina if u don’t want any form of infection.
Sex;
One very common fact with ladies which they aren’t
willing to share is the topic on painful sex. Sex isn’t painful, once you aren’t
enjoying sex, then you need to stop. If sex is painful, you don’t have to
endure and suffer through it, the pain is just a way of your vagina telling u something
is wrong and there are cures for that. First you can try different sex
positions, and vagina lubricants or moisturizers. Then think of medical
complications or infections. Best is visiting the gynecologist for advice.
Shape;

The vagina can stretch as far as you can imagine, and still
snap back into shape. There is a popular ideology that having a kid ruins the
shape of the vagina, well this isn’t entirely true. The vagina doesn’t become
loose after having a baby or accommodating a large penis, even though thins do
feel a little loose down there, it still doesn’t mean you won’t feel a thin or
the normal size won’t satisfy you. You can research on exercise that have
effects on the pelvic muscles of the vagina this could improve your sexual
experience
She is Alive;
You need to always remember your vagina is just
a part of the anatomy down there. There is a whole world of organs and
happenings in the lower region and the vagina is just one part of it. Take time
to understand the anatomy of the vagina, understand how she works, so you know
how best to keep her healthy. The vagina needs fresh air, the vagina contains a
lot of good bacteria, and is self-cleaning, but fresh air won’t do any arm, and
is highly welcomed as a warm environment can breed yeast and unwanted bacteria.
Only use underwear and clothing that provides airflow to the vulva. Cotton panties
or once with cotton crotch are fine. Don’t wear pads or panty liners 24/7 if
they aren’t needed. Sleeping naked is also a very good option.
